Norva hair.

Adding something to your cart is not an order. An order exists once payment completes and you receive a confirmation email with an order number.

We can decline an order — for example if we cannot ship to your address or the item is unavailable. If we do, you are refunded in full and we tell you why.

Prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Shipping is free over $35.00, otherwise $4.95. Any tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

If we advertise a reduction, the crossed-out price is a price this product genuinely sold at.

NORVAHAIR sells cosmetics for the care and appearance of hair and scalp. They are not medicines. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including hair loss.

If you have a diagnosed scalp condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with a doctor or pharmacist before using any new product.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover return postage and refund you in full.
