Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from the day your parcel arrives to change your mind. You do not need a reason.

We would rather you actually tried it before deciding.

Email norvahair1@gmail.com with your order number. We reply with a return address.

Do not send anything back before you hear from us, or we may not be able to match the parcel to your order.

You do, if you simply changed your mind.

We do, if the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered. Send a photo and we will refund the postage too.

We refund to the card you paid with, within three working days of the return arriving. Banks then usually take five to ten working days to show it, which is on their side rather than ours.

There is no restocking fee and we do not offer store credit instead of a refund unless you ask for it.
