3–6 weeks. We quote the range we can actually meet rather than a best case.

If your order is going to be slower than that, we email you before we charge you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is dispatched. You can also look up any order from the tracking page using your order number and email.

Tracking often takes a day or two to start updating after dispatch. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

We ship worldwide. Enter your address at checkout and it will tell you straight away whether we can reach you.

Delivery times vary by destination. Orders travelling further than the United States can take longer than the estimate shown on the product page.

Orders may be shipped from outside the country and can attract import duty or a handling fee. Where that applies we tell you at checkout before you pay.
